was reading newspaper just now.
Ya. been a long long time since i've touch those papers.
anyway, there's this article talking about KITCHEN's HYGENIE.
reporting that spore's restuarant are not practising da proper hygenie.
i was like, "dun tell mi at home when you're cooking, u also wear gloves and masks la."

i mean, ya la. proper hygenie must still be practiced.
but to a certain extent of cuz.
like, before touching any food, it's best to wash your hands.
and that those food dropped on the floor should be thrown away and not picked up and served it to customers.
i mean, everyone sld have at least DINED OUT once in their lives rite?
so of cuz they wld know their limits in kitchen at work.

i still rmb in HD, customers complained that we didn't wear gloves while cutting fruits.
so they requested for exchange.
okie. SO WE DID EXCHANGED for them, and even wore GLOVES AND MASK just to cut fruits.
but sometimes u'll be thinking, did u ppls do that at home?
did u reali wear gloves at home just to cut FRUITS?
it's not as though we didn't wash it before hand.

den there's this incident.
whereby some staff dropped the ice cream on the floor and customer ASSUMED that it was sreved to him.
and u no wad.
he wrote an article on the newspaper's forum.
in the end, it was found out that the staff did scoop a new one for him BUT THE CUSTOMER DIDNT SEE IT AT ALL.

all they know is to complain but dunno how to see properly first.
and becuz of this, i think the staff get sacked.

anyhow complain, den caused some other ppls to lose their jobs.
